"lots of uses, good warranty" 2009-01-04

If you have lots of gadgets, or kids with lots of gadgets, this is handy for home as well as travel (and yes, its not very "mini"), but it is sturdy and attractive, and works well, offering valuable surge protection for your electronics. An led light tells you its working. I like that it lets you keep them all in the same place when you travel, so you're not likely to forget one that you've plugged behind some piece of furniture! The plug rotates and you can attach it to the wall in any direction. One important note: it is not recommended for aquariums or other water related items. This surge protector comes with a lifetime warranty, that includes the products you plug in, with limitations. You must plug it directly into the wall, and cannot use extension cords, for instance. But overall, its good insurance for your electronics.
"Belkin Mini Port" 2009-06-27

As many people have pointed out this is not travel size, but it's not that big either. The my new iPod didn't allow me to use any of my older chargers and only I didn't want to have my computer on all the time. Now I plug my Blackberry and my iPod in to its USB ports and it works fine. Some people say that it does work with more than one device, but since the Blackberry seems to stop drawing power when it works for these two things plugged in at once. Could be better, but I don't think there is anything else out there.
"The outlets rotate, cheaper than most vendor chargers" 2009-08-01

I was initially hesitant to buy this because I wanted a horizontal form factor, and the picture shown on Amazon implies a vertical form factor. However, the plug part can be twisted around into a variety of positions, so horizontal or vertical are possible.
Basically, this "power strip" does about what you'd expect--most importantly, it has two USB power ports. They work fine with my iPhone (1st gen), iPod shuffle, iPod touch, and some battery packs I have for extending the iPhone battery life. In fact, this charger/power strip is so useful I ordered a second one so that I have 4 USB ports and 6 outlets in one place.
In a nutshell, this has drastically reduced the power brick clutter around my desk where I used to have a lot of chargers, and it's also a lot cheaper than buying more AC adapters/chargers from Apple, etc. All in all, it's a win.
"Does what it should" 2009-11-27

There really isn't much to say - it has 3 AC outlets and two charge only USB ports, and they work. I didn't have any trouble getting the main plug to rotate like some of the other reviewers, maybe they just need to practice on opening some jars or something.
"Bigger than I expected. That's what she said..." 2010-03-09

Ordered this for my daughters birthday to go with the new mp3 player we bought. I was very impressed with it.
Plug is re-positionable and there is a cover for the plug so it doesn't wreck whatever you are carrying it in. There is even a small cut to slide the cover into so you don't lose it and when in there it helps to stabilize the adapter against the wall. The only thing was it is a lot bigger than I thought, which actually is a good thing now my kid will have a much harder time losing it. If you have a laptop or travel with a lot of USB peripherals this is a great buy.
